– Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 8 days before the selected activity date
– 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made at 4-7 days before the selected activity date
– No refund will be issued for cancellations made at 1-3 days before the selected activity date.
Let’s be fair. Since bookings on our part, have to be made to lock in certain venues and guides, late cancellations are a backbreaker for us.
Please note: Refunds are limited to the tour amount and exclude any credit card processing fees.
