Singapore Guided Tour & Attraction Pass

Step 1: Choose your pass – Premium + or Signature. Enjoy a savings of 25% per tour!

Step 2: Select your tours – Email bookings@tribe-tours.com with Order Reference Number, travel dates and desired tours at least 2 days prior to your tour date. Register early due to limited availability per tour.

Step 3: Enjoy your experience. An admin email with the tour meeting point and guide’s whatsapp number will be sent out 2 days prior to the tour date.

Premium Tour Pass includes admission and food access to distinctive and exclusive experiences. Tours may have longer durations, leading to a higher selling price.

All 12 tours (9 under Signature Tour Pass, 3 under Premium Tour Pass) offer unique content and explore distinct geographical areas, ensuring no overlap.

Your Tour Pass purchase is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. (ie. Purchase of a 2 Signature tours pass on 1 Jan, pass will expire on 31 March).

The tour pass is valid for 7 days from your date of your first selected tour. (ie. The first tour is activated on 1 March, the last tour should be consumed by 7 March).

The tours will commence regardless of rain or shine with a minimum of 2pax.

Email to bookings@tribe-tours.com with Order Reference Number, travel dates and desired tours at least 2 days prior to your tour date to secure your tour space. Do note that as we strive to provide a quality tour experience, there is limited availability per tour session.

The pass is activated on the day of your first tour.

Yes, the tour pass is shareable and transferable, subject to the type of tours (premium vs signature) that was purchased. For example, a 2-tour premium or signature pass can be used by 2 different individuals within the 7 days pass validity period.

Yes, an upgrade is possible, subject to the prevailing price differential top up

Rescheduling of tour bookings

• Tour bookings can be rescheduled at least 2 days prior to the event date, subject to availability.

No show during tour date

• No refunds or reschedule of tour will be provided for no show or late arrivals.

Cancellations and rescheduling

• Full refunds of the pass will be processed for cancellations made at least 4 days before the selected activity date
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made 1-3 days before the selected activity date.
• Let’s be fair. Since bookings on our part have to be made to lock in certain experiences and guides, late cancellations are a backbreaker for us.
• All refund amounts will be nett of bank/card processing charges

All listed tours under the tour pass will commence with a 2-to-go policy. In the event of non-availability of tour offerings, alternative offerings, or a full refund will be provided

The 7 days pass validity starts from the date of your first tour date, and is inclusive of the day of your first tour (ie. The first tour is activated on 1 March, the last tour should be consumed by 7 March).

The tour pass is designed with a 7 days validity, since the majority of guests visit Singapore do not stay beyond 7 days. The 7 days validity is activated only after your selected tour date. With pre-planning, you can even make a side trip to our neighbouring countries while utilising the pass on Day 1 and Day 7 of your Southeast Asia adventures.
