WHAT’S TRIBE’S POLICY ON POSTPONEMENTS?

The window for requests for postponements is 5 days prior to the start of booked tour. For example, if your tour date is January 1st at 2pm, and if you wished to postpone the tour, you must send in a postponement request no later than 120 hours prior, which will be 27th December 2pm.

IF PAYMENT FOR A TOUR HAS BEEN MADE, BUT FOR WHATEVER REASON, I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL A BOOKING, WHEN CAN CANCELLATIONS NOT BE MADE?

– Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 8 days before the selected activity date – 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made at 4-7 days before the selected activity date – No refund will be issued for cancellations made at 1-3 days before the selected activity date. HOW FAR AHEAD DOES MY BOOKING NEED TO BE?

1 day before before the start of the tour. However, we recommend you to book early as we hope to avoid disappointment, since time is required to confirm our native and guide’s availability.
