An absolute professional who is always looking to perfect his craft as a tourist guide, Wong is a wonderful addition to our team. He is genuine, sincere and kind to guests and for that reason we had nominated him for Customer Service Excellence for Tourist Guiding in 2023. His guests are also lucky as he always seeks to inject fun in his tours. For example, he will have his clues in ang pows (red packets) during Chinese New Year.
